Terms & Conditions
By buying a ticket you agree to the following terms & conditions:
1. Refund Policy
1.1 No refunds are available once an order has been placed.
However if you are unable to attend you are welcome to give it a friend to attend in your place. Please email us with new name and dog to put on the ticket.
1.2 Time sessions are sent to the email tickets were bought with. If you do not attend your allocated time session you may not be allowed entry into a different session if the venue is at capacity. No refunds are available for any ticket holder mistakes.
1.3 We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate an event as a result of a reason outside of our control.
2. Changes & Cancellations of an Event
2.1 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to change the advertised content, timing and/or location of an event. Where we postpone and/or alter the time and/or location of an event, we will provide you with notice of the same via email. You will have up to 3 days following the announcement to ask for a refund due to the change.
3. Liability
3.1 Pawesome Parties & the venue are not responsible for (including negligence) or otherwise, any damages, loss, costs, human or animal injury, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of in connection with any event or ticket purchase (or requested purchase) made by you or otherwise in relation to the event at which you have booked (or requested a booking of). Nothing in this these Terms shall limit or exclude either party’s liability for: death, personal injury or pet injury caused by that party’s negligence, the negligence of that party’s employees, agents or subcontractors;fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
3.2 By attending a party ran by Pawesome Parties you confirm that you are responsible for ensuring your dog is covered by appropriate pet insurance, and that Pawesome Parties shall not be liable for any injury or loss to your dog or any third party, including but not limited to any injury to yourself or your dog, or damage to your property or that of others, resulting from your attendance at the event.
