On the Day

Different sessions

In order to accommodate the size of our venue, we have divided each party into sessions lasting 60 to 80 minutes long. This way, we can create an enjoyable environment for all our guests while adhering to parking limitations. We would love to have 200 dogs all at once but it just isn't possible.

When you book your tickets, you will have the opportunity to select the specific slot you prefer to attend. This allows you to choose a time that works best for you. We understand the importance of flexibility and want to ensure that you have a convenient and memorable experience.

The Party

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session starts to ensure a smooth check-in process. At the gate or door, a friendly team member will be there to greet you and check you in.

​

You won't need to show your ticket, simply provide your name and your dog's name for entry.

​

Once inside, you're welcome to let your dog off the lead to enjoy the festivities. However, for the safety of all dogs, we kindly ask that you limit going in and out during the party. Ensuring the well-being of our furry guests is our top priority.

​

We are working on attracting various local dog business vendors to our parties, although in some locations, availability may be limited due to advanced bookings. We are constantly striving to improve in this aspect, and while some parties may have numerous vendors, others may have fewer or none. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance our vendor offerings.

​

To capture all the memorable moments, we have plenty of photo props available, and our team will be present to photograph the festivities. These photos and videos will be uploaded to our private Facebook community during the week following the party. We invite you to join our community and relive the fun-filled memories with fellow party-goers.

​

Midway through the party, our puppuccino counter will open, offering a delightful treat for both you and your dog. Enjoy a free puppuccino topped with blueberries or bananas, and feel free to indulge in unlimited refills.

 

As the session draws to a close, approximately 5 minutes before the end, we kindly ask you to put your dog on a lead and make your way to the exit. If you had a fantastic time at the party, we would greatly appreciate it if you could leave us a review on Facebook or Google. Your reviews help us gauge interest and plan future parties in your region.

Venues

During the summer season, we make the most of the great outdoors by hosting our parties in secure dog parks. These parks provide a safe and enjoyable environment for your furry friends to socialize and have a blast.

 

We understand the importance of keeping your pets happy and engaged, which is why we aim to select parks that offer a wide range of agility equipment. However, please note that the availability of agility equipment may vary depending on the location.

 

In the winter months, we move our parties to indoor venues. These venues provide a cozy and comfortable setting where you and your dogs can still have a fantastic time, regardless of the weather outside. Rest assured that we carefully choose venues that are as dog-friendly as possible, ensuring a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for all attendees.

It's important to note that while our outdoor venues offer spacious and secure areas, they may not always have toilet facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend planning accordingly. However, our indoor community venues generally provide the necessary facilities to ensure your comfort throughout the event.

Miscellaneous

​

Weather:

Our parties will generally proceed as scheduled, even in rain or windy weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme weather such as lightning over the dog park, we may need to cancel for the safety of all attendees. We prioritize the well-being of both humans and dogs in our decision-making process.

​

Refunds:

Please note that once tickets have been purchased, they are non-refundable. This is because we have service costs associated with each party. However, if you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend who can join in on the fun.

​

Bringing Other Dogs:

Our parties are breed specific and you can only bring these breeds to each party unless it's an all breed session. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other dog breeds due to the specific environment and risk assessment we have designed for the event. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

 

Charity Support:

We are proud to announce that we are supporting DMT Dachshund Rescue and Spaniel Aid who will be present at some parties.
